Eating food from your lawn may seem like a primitive, desperate, poor person thing to do. I assure you that it is not. Humans have been eating healthy food from the earth since we arrived on it. We are abundantly blessed in that way.

A closed grocery store or one without food for sale on its shelves does not mean desperation, starvation, or a diminishing life. It has only been a quick century (107 years to be exact) that humans have endured the convenience of a food market with prepared packaged food available on the shelves for consumption.

All of the years prior to that, humans have enjoyed healthy living and good eating with the free food and medicine that grows beneath our feet. Sure, meat has always been incorporated into those healthy meals, too, but we aren’t going to look at raising livestock today.

Eating free healthy produce from the earth is what we humans can and should do. Growing a garden can help supplement the fancy meals placed onto the dinner plate; however, there are healthy super foods growing freely all around us that we should incorporate into our diets.

Dandelions are one of those healthy superfoods that will perform great work within your body's system…
