The Aloe Vera Recipe

  1. Mix 1 cup of aloe vera gel with ½ cup distilled water.
  2. Add two teaspoons of baking soda.
  3. Add ten drops of peppermint essential oil.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Rinse your mouth with the mixture and spit it out.
